Why was the code I had dialed from the phone not accepted?
You should make sure that the phone from which you want to join your
conference call is provided with a DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) keyboard
Why am I prompted to enter the participant code instead of the host code?
One of the participants has already joined the conference call as the moderator.
What should I do if the line dropped during a conference call?
Just join the conference call once again: call the PoP and enter your code followed by the #.
If the line drops, do I still pay for the entire conference?
No, you pay only the minutes spent in your conference call.
Is it possible to change access codes?
No, after having been assigned the codes cannot be changed. If you want to carry out a conference call with temporary codes you can book a spot conference call.
What is a spot conference call?
It’s a conference call with temporary valid access codes. Their period of validity is defined by the client. Once the codes have expired, they are deleted.
Why the call is forwarded to an operator?
The call is forwarded to an operator when an incorrect code was entered or when the device you use to join the conference call is not provided with a DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) keyboard.
Does the operator notify the moderator when all the participants of the conference have connected?
No. It’s the moderator who, once the conference call has been started, should
wait until all the participants are connected.
What should the moderator do in case of access codes loss?
Since the codes are sent via mail, it’s possible to find them in the mailbox. However, you can also request your codes at our help-desk
