DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30/6/2003 N. 196
(“PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE”)
Under article. 13 of the above mentioned Legislative Decree, we hereby inform
you that your personal data, whether already supplied or to be provided in the
future, will be processed in full observance of the applicable legislative
provisions in force:

the data submitted will only be used for purposes related to the obligations
deriving from the contractual relation established with you, as well as for any
obligation closely related to it and for relevant obligations provided by laws
and regulations, as well as by provisions given by the legitimate authorities;

the processing of your personal data may take place by means of hardcopy or
electronic tools suitable for storing and managing of the data in question, in
such a way to guarantee its privacy and protection;

your data may be subject to disclosure, in a lawful and correct manner, strictly
for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations;

your data may be communicated to our employees/collaborators: representatives,
owners or managers, when required for implementation of their tasks.
We remind you that you will also be able to exercise all rights according to
Article 7 of the Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003. In particular, you may:

obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist,
which must be communicated to you in intelligible form

obtain information on the source of the personal data; on the purposes and
methods of the procession; on the logic applied to the procession, if the latter
is carried out with the help of electronic means; on the identities of the data
controller and the supervisor, and on entities to whom or which the data may be
communicated or disseminated;

obtain update, rectification and integration of your data; erasure,
anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully.
The consent for processing of personal data for purposes referred to in
paragraph a) is compulsory and essential for the execution of the mandate.
